1. Eligibility and General Terms
Preezy is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or for those aged 13–17 who have obtained verified parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are not a resident of any country or territory under United States sanctions.
Access to or use of Preezy is strictly prohibited for individuals located in, residing in, or ordinarily resident in any region or territory subject to United States sanctions, including but not limited to Syria, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and the Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine. Preezy reserves the right to update this list of restricted territories at any time to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement governing your use of Preezy. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Accounts and Access
To use Preezy, you must create an account through the mobile application. The mobile app functions independently to track mobile gameplay and participation in events. Installation of the desktop tracker is optional and only required if you wish to earn tickets or XP from PC games. Each desktop installation can be linked to one Preezy account at a time.
Users must allow the necessary permissions on whichever platform they use (mobile, desktop, or both) to enable accurate gameplay tracking. Failure to grant or maintain these permissions will result in the inability to earn tickets or XP for that device type.
You agree not to tamper with, reverse engineer, bypass, or otherwise interfere with any tracking systems, anti-cheat mechanisms, or software processes used to monitor gameplay time. You must not use virtual machines, emulators, time-manipulation software, or automation tools to simulate gameplay. Preezy may push automatic updates to both the mobile and desktop applications, and by using the Service, you agree to install and maintain these updates to continue using the platform as intended.
3. Tickets, XP, and Subscriptions
Preezy rewards users with "Tickets," earned through tracked gameplay time. The rate of ticket generation is determined by Preezy and may change from time to time. Tickets cannot be purchased directly, transferred, sold, or exchanged and have no monetary value. They exist solely within the Service and may be adjusted, removed, or reset at Preezy's discretion.
In certain jurisdictions where applicable law requires a free method of obtaining participation entries or equivalent rewards, users may request Tickets without gameplay by sending an email to info@preezy.com with the subject line "Ticket Request." The email must include the user's full name, registered Preezy account ID, and any additional verification information requested by Preezy. Requests that meet the eligibility and verification requirements will be processed in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
Users may optionally subscribe to Preezy Pro, a paid monthly or yearly subscription plan that provides enhanced benefits such as faster ticket generation, increased XP gain, access to exclusive digital rewards, and entry to special events. The details and pricing of Preezy Pro are subject to change. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the platform's policies.
4. Gems, Store, and Virtual Items
Preezy offers an in-app premium currency called "Gems," which may be purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are handled by the respective store providers, and all sales are final. Preezy does not issue refunds directly for any in-app purchases. Gems are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may be forfeited if your account is closed, banned, or inactive.
Users may spend Gems to obtain in-game items, skins, boosters, or similar digital assets ("Items"). Preezy retains the right to modify, rebalance, reduce, or remove any Item for gameplay balance or operational reasons without any obligation to issue refunds or compensation. Item durability or effectiveness may also decrease over time. Trading or transferring items between users is not currently supported; if introduced in the future, it will be subject to separate terms.
5. Events, Prizes, and Rewards
Preezy may host periodic events or challenges where users can redeem tickets or compete to win digital or physical prizes. Eligibility for such events may depend on location, device information, or other verification data such as IP address, GPS signal, SIM country, payment region, or user-provided documentation.
If you win a prize, you will receive a notification in your in-app inbox and will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification form within 30 days of notification. The form may request your full name, address, phone number, and email, and we may contact you through additional channels such as WhatsApp or email to verify eligibility. Failure to complete the KYC process or to provide accurate information within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the prize, which may then be awarded to another participant determined by Preezy.
As a condition of receiving any prize, winners may be required to create and submit a testimonial video in accordance with specifications provided by Preezy. These specifications may include, but are not limited to, video length, format, content guidelines, clarity, and authenticity requirements. By submitting a testimonial video, the winner grants Preezy a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the video, in whole or in part, for marketing, promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes across any media channels, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and in-app content, without additional compensation.
Failure or refusal to submit the required testimonial video within the timeframe specified by Preezy, or submission of a testimonial that does not meet the provided specifications, will result in forfeiture of the prize. In such cases, Preezy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award the prize to an alternate eligible participant, including but not limited to the second- or third-ranked participant, without any obligation to the original winner.
If a winner is found to be under 18, ineligible, in violation of these Terms, or has engaged in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behavior, Preezy reserves the right to revoke the prize at any time. Prizes may be substituted for items of equal or lesser value, including digital gift cards or cash equivalents, at Preezy’s discretion.
Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, transfer fees, and bank fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel expenses to attend sponsored events are not covered unless expressly stated. If a winner cannot attend, receive, or claim a prize for any reason, Preezy may transfer the award to another user at its discretion.
6. Fair Play, Anti-Cheat, and Enforcement
Preezy enforces strict anti-fraud and fair play measures. You agree not to manipulate or falsify gameplay time, scores, or results, or to engage in any cheating, botting, automation, spoofing, exploitation of bugs, use of unauthorized software or hardware, or any other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage. The desktop tracker collects technical data, including gameplay session information, running process names, timestamps, device identifiers, and certain hardware or software characteristics, solely for the purpose of maintaining fairness, validating scores, and detecting abuse.
All gameplay results, scores, rankings, and prize eligibility are subject to review, verification, and approval by Preezy. Preezy reserves the right to invalidate, remove, adjust, or disqualify any score, result, ticket, XP gain, ranking, or prize entry that is deemed suspicious, abnormal, manipulated, unverifiable, or in violation of these Terms, whether detected automatically or through manual review. Such actions may be taken at any time, including retroactively, even after a round has ended or a winner has been announced.
Preezy may take disciplinary or enforcement actions against accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to ticket or XP adjustments, score invalidation, temporary suspension, permanent account deletion, and permanent bans. Bans may be applied not only to user accounts, but also to associated devices, phone numbers, hardware identifiers, desktop clients, IP addresses, and other identifiers linked to abusive behavior, preventing access across mobile and desktop platforms.
Preezy may also report suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity to relevant authorities or third parties where required or deemed appropriate. Preezy’s determinations regarding cheating, score validity, misconduct, enforcement actions, and eligibility are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
7. Privacy and Data Processing
Your data, including gameplay statistics, device information, and limited location or account details, is processed in the United States by GAMERG INC. By using the Service, you consent to such processing, even if you reside in another country. Certain information may be shared with event sponsors or partners solely to verify eligibility or facilitate prize delivery. For more details, please review our separate Privacy Policy.
8. Payments, Fees, and Financial Terms
If a prize or payment is made through bank transfer or digital gift card, all associated fees, currency conversion costs, taxes, and delays are the responsibility of the recipient. Preezy is not liable for bank delays, currency fluctuations, or issues caused by third-party payment providers. All purchases made within the app are final and subject to the refund and billing policies of the respective app store.
9. Community and Conduct
Users are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward others on the platform. Harassment, hate speech, cheating promotion, or any offensive content is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to account suspension or termination. Your public display name and country may be visible on leaderboards, event pages, and other public sections of the app.
Preezy may request permission to use photos or videos of winners or their prizes for marketing purposes. By submitting such content, you grant Preezy a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display the material for promotional or community purposes. Accounts inactive for 12 months may be removed or have their in-game items deleted to maintain platform performance.
10. Referral Program
Preezy may operate referral programs that reward users when invited friends install and create accounts. The referral system prohibits fake accounts, self-referrals, SIM farms, spam, or fraudulent activity. Preezy reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel referral rewards, eligibility rules, or milestones at any time without prior notice.
11. Termination of Accounts
We may suspend or terminate your account, or delete your virtual items and progress, at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the system. You may close your account at any time through the settings page or by contacting support. Upon termination, all earned or purchased virtual goods, tickets, and prizes may be forfeited.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the State of Delaware under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. You agree that you may bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Preezy disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preezy's total cumulative liability to any user for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the lesser of USD $100 or the amount paid by the user to Preezy during the preceding six months. In no event shall Preezy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, reputation, or profits.
14. Modifications and Updates
Preezy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, or to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the application or on our website, and continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Language and Interpretation
These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience. However, the English version is the official and legally binding version, and in case of any conflict or inconsistency between translations, the English version shall prevail. All communications, notices, and legal proceedings relating to your use of Preezy shall be conducted in English.
